To oversee all aspects of a project, Jacquin & Sons will perform as general contractor to run the construction process, including the subcontractor hiring process and oversee construction of the structure.

Jacquin & Sons’ subcontractors partner with the project team from the initiation of the project to its completion. In addition, the strong and lasting relationships we have forged with many of our subcontractors enable us to better manage a project.

A principal of Jacquin & Sons and a project manager will oversee the activities and responsibilities of each trade with continuous monitoring, scheduling, inspections and management of any modifications to ensure the construction of a high-quality structure, on time and on budget.
